PI MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP™
FOR HR AND OD PROFESSIONALS
How people’s natural behavioral styles and motivators differ, why that is a good thing, and how to leverage those differences to achieve business goals. Human Resource and Organizational Development Professionals become the PI® process experts within the client company. They learn how to utilize the tool, interpret the results and deliver feedback to employees and leaders across the organization.
The result is a workforce that works together, that is managed well, and that readily adapts to changing business needs.
WORKSHOP OPTIONS
Open PI Management Workshop™: This workshop is held at the AUGUR INC. instructional site in New Jersey and is open to ALL AUGUR INC. Client Companies who only have 1-5 people to send to a PI® Workshop.
TIME COMMITMENT: 2 Days
Closed PI Management Workshop™: This workshop is held at a Client’s site, and is for a minimum of 6 people.
TIME COMMITMENT: 2-3 Days
Upon completion of the PI Management Workshop™ attendees will receive certification as a PI® Analyst. Human Resource professionals also receive Human Resource Certification (HRCI) credits for attending the PI Management Workshop™.
NOTE: For workshops held at Client site, Client Company is responsible for travel-related expenses (at cost) of the consultant(s) conducting the workshops, as well as the conference space and required AV equipment.
