Building cultural awareness in the workplace, this high impact workshop teaches the concept of culture in a very dynamic, interactive way. It creates awareness of diversity in the workplace and helps move participants to rethink personal biases and misconceptions. Participants analyze diversity from a personal and organizational perspective and then use that analysis to develop a specific set of action steps to implement the changes they deem appropriate. In this workshop, participants will learn to:

• Build an awareness of how cultural differences impact an organization
• Motivate participants to rethink their behavior and attitudes toward others
• Examine their own biases and focus on perceived differences
• Avoid stereotypes that create barriers and can magnify misunderstandings
