MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SALES:

Augur Inc. is looking to expand our sales force. We are seeking Independent, Entrepreneurial, Self-Motivated individuals with a passion for selling and the "people" side of the business. Individuals must be comfortable working at senior management levels.
New Jersey residency and a proven record of sales success are required.
This is a 1099 straight commission, independent contractor position

MANAGEMENT CONSULTING TRAINER / FACILITATOR:

Augur Inc. is seeking experienced Trainers / Facilitators for our Talent Management Consulting Services and Products. We are looking for Pro-active, Self-Confident Communicators with strong writing and presentation skills.
Candidates must have proven understanding of adult learning theories and approaches.
Some travel and New Jersey residency required.
Compensation as an independent contractor on a per diem bases.
